I Am Enough: EFT for Trust, Patience, and Releasing Scarcity
Slow down, trust the process, and remember you’re already blooming in your own way.
Taurus season isn’t about rushing toward the next goal.
It’s about tending your roots.
It’s about trusting that unseen growth still counts.
It’s about releasing the belief that you’re "behind.
Good things take time.
Blooming isn't rushed.
Roots come first.
And right now as I am creating this post we are in Taurus season which started on April 19th and goes until May 20th. I thought this EFT was PERFECT for this season as many of us are feeling like we are behind, we arent posting enough, we arent doing enough, spring is here we must move ahead full steam!
But we are invited to slow down, to stop rushing, to trust that we are not behind we are RIGHT ON TIME
People are feeling SO much pressure in spring (online, life, launches, energy) to "move faster" so a tapping ritual about slowing down, trusting your own timeline, and releasing impatience is the medicine you need right now.
Today, we’re diving into tapping on releasing the feeling of impatience—the frustration of asking, Why am I not there yet? Why haven’t I hit 10K yet? Why haven’t my goals come to life yet?! Why is everyone else doing it better than me"
If you're feeling restless, impatient, hard on yourself about timelines, lacking something, scarcity... this EFT will help you slow down and root into trust.
Trust that you are on your own path
Trust in your timing
Trust that everything is unfolding for you.
Trust that you are enough, just as you are.
EFT Theme: “Why am I not there yet? It’s not working for me, maybe I should give up.”
For the moments when your brain spirals into:
→ I’m behind.
→ I’m not enough.
→ I’m not posting enough.
→ I’m not cool enough.
(aka impatience, timeline anxiety, urgency mindset—ugh, all of it.)
This tapping session will help heal the part of you that feels like everyone else got an invite to the "successful party" and you’re still waiting at the door.
It's perfect for this season of slow, steady growth.
It taps directly into that deep Taurus lesson: that real growth is patient, rooted, and lasting.
Taurus energy is literally the opposite of rushing. And that’s the exact vibe this EFT is anchored in.
Why I Made This For You:
As creative entrepreneurs, there’s a point where we all feel it:
"Why am I not there yet?"
The journey from where we are to where we want to be can feel so frustrating sometimes.
And that impatience? It pulls us out of the present. It robs us of celebrating the magic we've already created.
I made this EFT because even with over a decade of experience, I still catch myself thinking, Why am I not further along?
I still find myself looking at people who built in two years what I’ve been building for ten...
And yeah—it stings.
Comparison sneaks in. Doubt creeps up.
And it’s easy to start questioning if you’re even doing enough.
But here’s the truth: your timeline is sacred.
Your growth is happening, even when it’s invisible.
You are not behind.
This tapping is a little love letter back to yourself—a reminder to honor the roots you’re tending, even when the blooms aren’t fully here yet.
My tapping style
This isn’t polished scripts or spiritual perfection. My EFT sessions are messy, grounded, and real—like a journal entry with your eyes closed. I guide you through the fear, the spiral, the shame, the heaviness… not to “fix” you, but to help you come back to yourself.
My style is raw-hearted and intuitive. Sometimes soft. Sometimes blunt. Always rooted in truth. We tap on the stuff no one wants to talk about—money anxiety, comparison, not-enoughness, creative burnout—and we make space for it to shift, gently.

new to tapping? here’s what to know
EFT (aka tapping) is a simple practice where you tap on specific points on your body while repeating phrases out loud. It helps shift energy and regulate your nervous system.
Start at the top of the head, then move through: eyebrow · side of the eye · under the eye · under the nose · chin · collarbone · under the arm · and end at the side of the hand.
You don’t have to get it perfect—just tap, repeat, and trust you’re doing it right.
